KOTCHAR

Social and Emotional Development is best seen and learnt when the children are interacting with one another. The social graces and etiquette are important skills to equip the children, to be accepted out of their comfort zone of home and school.

KOTCHAR is our Character Development Programme. As a faith-based preschool, we believe that if we teach children how they should live, the lessons will be remembered throughout life. (Proverbs 22:6).

KOTCHAR provides the practical training translated from our core values.

Through stories, songs, role-play and various engaging activities, the values are inculcated in the young ones. We encourage them to do the right and good thing even when nobody is looking, thus allowing them to develop sound character.

Children receive guidance in learning to managing their emotions and develop kindness, resilience, courage and appreciation through affirmation from peers and adults around them.

Blessings of Love - Service Learning

TCKP nurtures a sense of service in children from age three, developing understanding of local and global issues and how everyone can make a difference. There are many opportunities for meaningful engagement with the local community and beyond e.g. the Good Samaritan Project, Start Small Dream Big project, Project Go Green by NEA.

Each year, we participate in the Start Small Dream Big project, a President's Challenge initiative by ECDA.
